Welcome to Texas A&M University’s Special Event Permit system. Using this system, you can submit and update information, track the status of your applications, and print your finalized Special Event Permit.

The online application has been designed to assist event organizers in the development of event plans that comply with local, state, Texas A&M, The Texas A&M University System, and federal codes, laws, policies, rules, and regulations governing activities associated with the production and management of special events on Texas A&M property.

The University Center & Special Events office staff and this online application process will guide you through the planning and permitting requirements that need to be met to ensure a safe and successful event. Depending on the details of your event, you may be working with several different University departments to obtain the required permits and approvals. While it is the event organizer's responsibility to work directly with the various University departments mentioned in this application, we are here to help.
